Wind Crowrang is one of the eight Maverick Bosses that appears in Megaman X7. He is a member of the Red Alert Syndicate and controlling their air forces. He was generally known to attack his enemies with full force more when his group is manipulated by Sigma, he then decides to play together and wait for the Hunters to appear and challenge him, since he expected Axl to return for his group, but he too was curious for X and Zero because they so fascinated Sigma. He is an bosses who spends most of the time out of range and using his wind and missile cutters at great distances, then he will dive on the player to cut him. His weakness is the Sniper Missile.
