Willie Kestler is the main antagonist of the episode called ''Perennials'' in Criminal Minds in season eight. He is a serial killer who thinks of being a serial killer in the past life in the Russel Smith case.
He is portrayed by Bill Tangradi.
History[]
Kestler was born on January 19, 1988, which was the same day and year that the serial killer and sexual sadist, Russel Smith died in the hospital. He grew up being abused by his grandfather Bill Kestler saying he was the reincarnation of serial killer Russel Smith, as he blamed him for the death of his mother, Beverly. Then when his grandfather passed away and the theory only strengthened for Kestler when he was in a car accident, and he then though that the people Kestler killed made this accident out of revenge. Kestler then obsessed and wanting to do it all at once, then resolves to kill them.

Kestler soon started killing Nina Skinner first and called her Floressa and killed her, and glued animals in the sharpe of larvae so she wouldn't return in human form. At the beginning of the episode he soon found a wraitress named Brianna Wells and fell out with her when he called her Carol. However, he soon excused her location and after Ted Sassler breaking into his home. However, he finds out that through Ted's wife he died. Soon after Kessler takes the address of Ted's death and discovers a boy named Aidan who was born on the day Ted died. Kestler at first though to be Kyle, but then changed his mind. And he thought if Aidan tried to kill him, he was attacked by BAU, which fatally wounded him. Kestler then started walking in the hospital and found a baby and walked with him so that he dies next to the larvae that he killed his victims.
