Weretiger is a Phantom born of a human named Igawa who was in despair. Igawa has described himself as a muscular man who is focused on strengthen training, although he is stronger in his Phantom form, he is equipped with a sword and throw energy balls from his pectorals. Weretiger is soon ordered by Medusa to go after a gate called Toshie Nitoh who has come on Tokyo to take Kosuke back to his home in Fukui prefecture. He also Gremlin's help, and he can soon as bus driver in disguise. Weretiger reveals his identity to Kosuke. Toshie, meanwhile she offers herself as a sacrifice to protect her grandson.
Later when Toshie is captured in Shumpei's trade, Weretiger tries to put Toshie in despair while trying to kill his grandson, but Wizard appears and stops him. And Weretiger along with Gremlin fights Wizard and Beast, with him getting the Beast Driver back. And then the Kamen Rider Wizard uses Drago Timer, and lastly he is defeated by the Beast who fininshes him with Strike Beast Rider Kick.
