Weredad is an akumatized villain in Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir. He is Marinette's father, Tom Dupain.
Appearance[]
Weredad is covered in light brown fur, has green shorts and a dark brown and black area on his chest and claws. He has yellow eyes and thick eyebrows. He also has vines wrapped around his wrists, waist and ankles. His mustache is larger.
Personality[]
As Weredad, he is overprotective and becomes antagonistic when he assumes that someone is going to harm or threaten his daughter. He seems to having a hatred towards Cat Noir for breaking Marinette's heart and finds him unworthy of his daughter's love. Without a second thought, Weredad is stubborn, even never listening to Cat Noir and tells him that one day, a prince worthy of her will climb up the vine, confront him, and pluck the magic rose to free Marinette.
Powers and Abilities[]

He takes on the appearance of a werewolf and takes on all of the basic werewolf abilities. His strength increases and he gains supernatural strength and super jump. He also has to power of vine manipulation, and can grow vines anywhere he wants. The also vines have sharp thorns all over. In addition, He can attack with the vines around his waste and arms. He also has the power to set traps with his vines and can create prisons and thick walls with vines.
History[]
Weredad[]
He first appears after Cat Noir breaks up with Marinette because of his feelings for Ladybug, and Marinette pretends to have her feelings hurt by this, and secretly delights in the break-up. When Cat Noir reaches the top, Weredad fights him and when Cat Noir tried to reason with him, his heart remained hardened, saying someone worthy of his daughter would come and pick the magic rose. But Marinette picks the rose, and deakumatizes her dad before he could take the Cat Miraculous.
Gamer 2.0[]
He later appears in Gamer's game and fights against another villain.

Trivia[]
- In one episode of Ladybug, scarlet akumas affect at least four people but not Tom. This was reported as an animation error.
- In "Weredad", Tom is the the fourth akumatized character to be related to Marinette after Gina Dupain in "Befana", Rolland Dupain in "Bakerix" and Wang Cheng in "Kung Food".
- When akumatized he resembles the Beast due to the fact that his akumatized object is a rose.
