Warren Fox

Warren Fox is a gangster and extremely thuggish hardman from british soap opera Hollyoaks who has been a regular character on and off since June 2006. Warren has had several stints with his first being from June 2006 to May 2009 were the character was killed off during a dramatic fire however over 16 months later Warren returned from the dead and and remained in the role until December 2011. The character was sent to prison for the murder of his ex fiancée. The character returned in May 2016 after over four year stint in prison for the murder and was released and has caused trouble in Hollyoaks Village since. Each stint Warren is also seen as the local hardman.

The character has committed various crimes such as assaults, drug dealing, kidnapping and murder. Warren is considered by many to be one of the most ruthless soap gangsters and hardmen in all of soap opera.

The character has had many on-screen feuds with the likes of; Sean Kennedy, Clare Devine, Calvin Valentine, Brendan Brady, Riley Costello, Cameron Campbell, Grace Black, Fergus Collins, Ethan Williams, Norma Crow, Sam Chen-Williams, Adam, Liam and Glenn Donovan. All stroking feuds and clashes with Warren.

He is portrayed by Jamie Lomas.

History

Warren was sent to care along with his sister Katy Fox by their mother, Norma Crow, while in card Warren often got bullied by Felix Westwood due to the fact Warren was very close with care work, Cormac Ranger. Warren along with Katy were eventually adopted and were close with their foster brother, Spencer however Warren in particular did not get along with his foster parents due to their harsh treatment of him and Katy. Eventually Warren was thrown out after brutally beating up his foster dad for locking Katy in a cupboard. Warren then was met with a life of crime. Rising from a petty criminal to an drug dealt then to an international drug trafficking. Warren and his so called best friend, Sean Kennedy, moved to Spain and committed various crimes while living the high life however, Warren was set up by Sean for fraud and sent to a prison in Spain. Nothing much is known about Warren's time in a Spanish prison but Warren himself has recalled the fight for survival.

Warren eventually made his way to Hollyoaks Village and demanded Sean to pay him upto 100,000 pounds in compensation other wise ge will kill him, Louise, who Warren is very do d of is happy to see Warren but knows it spells huge trouble for Sean if he does not pay up. Warren is shocked when Sean suggests that he can have one night with Louise to wipe off any debt but Warren eventually is against the idea and resorts go more violent and intimidating tactics, eventually Sean gives Warren all of his current buissness's and leaves the village. Warren begins to cause trouble for Max and O.B. by selling cocaine at their night club known as The Loft after bagging the manages job. Warren also strikes a lustful feud with Clare Devine. Warren is sorely responsible for many students having their stomachs pumped after he sells Clare dodge vodka. Warren's other storylines during his original stint include. Taking Justin Burton under his wing, striking a feud with Calvin Valentine, The Who Pushed Calre storyline, having a affair with both Mercedes McQueen and Mandy Richardson, murdering both Sean Kennedy and Louse Summers and supposedly dying in a fire.

Warren returns in 2010 revealing his alive. Its revealed that Warren murdered a homeless man and former soilder in Dale Greer after Dale saves him from the burning building, Warren stabs Dale, changing his clothes and then putting Dales corspe in the bliss. Warren revales tbis to a rather scared Theress McQueen. Warren later orchardstrates an arson attack which takes tbe lives of two people but perhaps whats most rememerable during Warren second stint is his ongoing feud with fellow top dog gangster, Brendan Brady, a friendship with Theresa McQueen and a relationship with Mitzeee Minniver. During Warren's second stint his storylines included. Striking a partnership/feud with Brendan Brady, covering up the murder of Danny Houston, shooting Kyle Ryder dead, striking a feud with Riley Costello, blackmailing Carl Costello, a relationship with Mitzeee, discovering he has a son, Joel and finally being put behind bars for the murder of Louise.

Warren once again found a way to return in May 2016 when he enlisted the devious lawyer, James Nightingale to get him out early which he succeeded and Warren has remained on the show since despite being absent for the most of 2018 and 2019 respectively. Warren's storylines during this stint include. A relationship with Sienna Blake. Murdering three more people. Having further relationships with Mercedes McQueen, Maxine Minniver and Sharon Bailey. Coming face to face with Felix Westwood. Being coasted into further gangland activities by Fergus Collins, coming face to face with his biological mother, Norma, having liver disease and running his criminal empire. Having a deadly feud with gangster Blue.

3. Dale Greer - 2009 (revealed in 2010) - Perhaps Warren's most ruthless and coldest murder. Warren stabs Dale after Dale saves Warren's life from a burning building. Warren changes Dales clothes into his and then dunps his corspe into the buring down Nightclub.
4. Kyle Ryder - 2011 - Shot, in defnece of Theresa McQueen.
5. Bart McQueen - 2017 - Beating to death when Warren is led to belive that Bart killed his sister, Katy.
6. Cormac Ranger - 2020 - Brutally beating to a pulp by Warren. Cormac dies as a direct result in hostpital during recovery five months later.
7. Brody Hudson - 2021 - Purposely ran down Brody in his car afterdiscovering that Brody was due to go to the police surrounding Cormac's murder.
8. Les (The Embalmer) - 2022 - Shot dead by Warren after Les tries to kill Warren, Grace and Norma.
