Vinnie is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Diesel) of Thomas & Friends: The Great Race. He is a long blue and gray Canadian engine. He is also Phillip's archenemy.
History[]
He along with the racers arrived on Sodor to go to the great race but he had to go back to the ship because it was on the main land. He called Thomas a shrimp and tried to push him into the water. He was laughing when Thomas was about to die but luckily he was saved by Ashima. During the great race he had to race against Henry. He sabotaged the race by trying to make Henry's load heavier and trying to mess with Henry's brakes making him come in last. He also vandalized James paint work to make him lose his contest. After that he messed with Gordon's boiler and make him overheat if he goes too fast. When Phillip was in his way he tried to chase after but then he fell into a trap and got coal all over him. When the shunting challenge was happening he was still chasing Phillip and smashed into Thomas' flatbeds. He was about to push Phillip into a turn table and kill him, Thomas coupled up to him along with Ashima derailing him and causing him to crash into an electricity pylon (and then he was stuck after the electricity pylon fell onto him).
