Victor Zsasz Arkham City

Victor Zsasz is a minor antagonist who appears in the first two video games of the Batman: Arkham Series, Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City. He is voiced by Danny Jacobs, who also voiced Frank Boles in the Batman: Arkham Series.

History[]

Biography[]

Zsasz was a rich boy, but he lost his parents when he was still young, and all the money in the world couldn't bring his parents to life or ease their pain, Zsasz started playing and lost his money because of it. Zsasz later began planning to can reclaim his money and eventually he got to the point of playing with people like Oswald Cobblepot whom he considered a disgusting dwarf. He played against Oswald Cobblepot and it didn't look like he would win anymore Cobblepot surprised him and beat him making Zsasz lose all the money and was expelled from Iceberg Lounge, shortly after losing all his money he thought of committing suicide until he was robbed by an unknown crook who with a knife pointed at Zsasz would give him all the money, however, Zsazs took the crook's knife and stabbed him, Zsasz later showed a pleasure in the crook's death, and he accidentally cut himself and in each victim if he killed he would cut himself. Then eventually Zsasz encountered Batman and the vigilante defeated him and Zsasz was sent to Arkham Asylum.  Then Zsasz would be interviewed by other doctors and one of them would be Dr. Sarah Cassidy who wanted to help him of his mental illness, but Zsasz started to get more and more aggressive when he started threatening her saying she would be his. Next victim, Zsasz would later be transferred to be patient of Dr. Gretchen Whistler. One day Zsasz escaped from his cell and he kidnapping his ancient psychiatrist that was the Dr. Sarah Cassidy and took her hostage, however he was soon defeated by Batman and recaptured and sent back to Arkham Asylum.   

Arkham Asylum[]

In Batman's video game. Zsasz is the first boss Batman should defeat, Zsasz is holding a guard hostage in the electric chair, Batman must defeat him unseen and he suceeded if the player completes the steps. Afterwards Joker orders Zsasz to kidnap Dr. Penelope Young to give up her research notes, Zsasz threatens her with knife, until Batman comes to her rescue and knocks out Zsasz and then it is not explicit whether he wenther he went Batman was fighting Harley Quinn's henchmen, Zsasz later makes an appearance during Scarecrow's fear gas as an hallucination.

They are zombies, continuously shuffling though the daily grind, waiting for someone to liberate them.

You mean kill them. The police report states that you have murdered, or liberated if you like 20 young women in the last 3 months, Each had her throat slit and was left... posed.

They were all lucky to be chosen to receive my gift.

As I wait for him to be brought up to me, I have had time to review his notes. I am increasingly worried he cannot be cured.

Arkham City[]

During the events of Arkham City, and the arrest of Bruce Wayne, when Arkham City was opened all prisoners were transferred, Zsasz managed to escape before Wayne was arrested. He later contacted The Broker to find a hiding place and avoided Arkham gang wars to continue his mission without interruption. After Zsasz kidnapped several politicians he would then call a random phone and wait for someone to call, he would then threaten them if he didn't find another phone that was ringing in time, he would kill one if not all the hostages, Batman does it then he tracks Zsasz, where he tells the story of why he became the serial killer he is today, Batman then defeats him, and Zsasz is trapped in one of his own cages. 

Arkham Knight[]

Zsasz makes a short appearance on Batman's Batcomputer in the clock.

Personality[]

Zsasz is very similar to his original comic book counterpart, as both were sadistic, sociopathic, cruel and insane.
