Valtome also known as Duke Culbert is a secondary antagonist in Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn. Valtome rules the Culbert territory somewhere in Begnion and he one of the high ranking senators in the Senate. Valtome would take direct control of the Begnion Central Army after Zelgius failed to stop the Laguz Alliance. Now being the new leader of the Central Army Valtome order his soldiers including Zelgius to continue to chase down the Alliance wishing for the Laguzs extension. Valtome would rule the Central Army up until the event where Valtome want Zelgius executed for leaving him on the battlefield. But the execution was stop by Empress Sanaki who then tells her soldiers that Valtome along with the other Senator’s are the ones that have staged this war. When Ashera finally awaken Valtome was tasked to stop both Tibarn and Elincia group from reaching the Tower of Guidance. But he failed to stop them and was killed.
