Valkyrie is a Phantom with a Nordic appearance born when a human named Katsuya Kiritani gave up in despair. He could fly and was also equipped with a spear and could shoot energy darts at his forehead. He is the main antagonist of two episodes of Kamen Rider Wizard ''The Wagashi of Hope'' and ''Heir to the Dream''.
His Phantom breeding target was man named Matsuki Shozo who had a closing Wagashi shop. And when Wizard interferes with his mission, Valkyrie takes Shumpei hostage so he can escape. But soon after Valkyrie learns that Shozo's hope is inside him, and he tries to kill the young people to put people to but Shozoi in despair, and when he tries to kill Tetsuya, he is soon stopped by the Wizard who defeats him using Kamen Rider Wizard's Hurricane Dragon that destroys him.
