The Vacuum is a minor antagonist in the Dog Man/Captain Underpants franchise, serving as the secondary antagonist of the bonus comic in Captain Underpants and the Terrifying Return of Tippy Tinkletrousers, The Adventures of Dog Man, and a minor antagonist in Dog Man, being the secondary antagonist of the first chapter, which is called A Hero Is Born.
It is a vacuum cleaner robot created by Petey the Cat to destroy the new cop, Dog Man.

The Adventures of Dog Man[]
The vacuum appears as the secondary antagonist of the bonus comic The Adventures of Dog Man, where it is created by Petey to destroy Dog Man. When he unleashes it, it chases Dog Man up to a corner, where its charging cord falls out of the charging table, causing it to power off. Then, Dog Man beats up the robot and arrests Petey.

A Hero Is Born[]
Similar to The Adventures of Dog Man in Captain Underpants and the Terrifying Return of Tippy Tinkletrousers, the vacuum appears as the secondary antagonist of the first chapter of Dog Man, which is called A Hero Is Born. In here, he was created by Petey to vacuum up Dog Man. In this adaptation of the story, Dog Man leads the vacuum to the beach and brings it into the water, where it sucks up a lot of the water, causing it’s bag to grow and grow, as Petey tries to climb off as he is a cat and can’t swim. Inside the sea, Dog Man is vacuumed up, but Petey, who was on top of the bag, jumps off. To lower his descent, he uses his claws to grab onto the bag. However, this causes the bag to rip, exploding the vacuum, releasing Dog Man, and creating a giant tidal wave.
