February 26 update:

I'm putting the update at the top so people don't have to read through the blog to find out what changed.

RedCoatOfficial stopped by this week and approved my request for bureaucrat rights. Adopting the wiki is not necessary any more.

Fandom has been looking for quite a while at getting wikis that are about the same subject to merge together as a way of keeping the editing pool from becoming diluted.

The two Antagonists Wikis have been a candidate for this for a long time. The short version is a guy wanted his own version of the Villains Wiki so he created two Antagonist wikis and then he left and never came back.

Fandom recommended years ago these two should merge and I've started the process of getting everyone to come over here. Normally, it would be an actual merge with pages from the other one added here, but we're not going to keep anything from that one. It's got a whole other set of problems that make it better to not use anything and just have the wiki forwarded to here.

Typically when you have two separate wikis that are going to become one, the users with extra rights are given those same rights after the merge. I've put in a couple of requests with RedCoatOfficial for Bureaucrat rights, but haven't heard anything back yet.

Since we will be getting extra editors coming here once the other Antagonists wiki is forwarded to here, we'll need people who have shown they are responsible that can take on extra duties. I can grant extra rights for the levels below administrator, enough to let someone act as an admin except for blocking people, but we may need more.

Since RCO's not active much any more, I'm going to take a shot at adopting this wiki. The effect will just be that I'll be given Bureaucrat rights so I can handle all user rights requests if needed. RCO will keep all current rights so if he returns, he can pick right back up where he left off.

Comments and concerns can be left through Saturday, February 29, 2020. Provided there aren't any objections that I can't address, I'll submit the adoption request after that.
