Ultron is a genocidal robot and misanthrope and also the arch-nemesis of the Avengers in the Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow series.

History[]

Past[]

Ultron was one of Tony Stark's creations that built it to be a peacekeeping program and designed to help the Avengers. So he put a cyber body like Tony Stark's armor and one similar to him. However, programming began to evolve too fast and began to be self-conscious. Ultron then fell into the illusion that the only way to have a world of peace was to remove humanity and all organic life out of equation to rule the world.

While the Avengers fought others threats and settled down and had children, Ultron began to evolve until he was ready. Thor went to rule his homeland Asgard and left his daughter Torunn behind and hoping that a life humans would give her humanity and kidness, and the left Hult along with two others members of the Avengers, Ultron appears and attacks them, he then kills Captain America first and then kills the others, then in attempt to protect the children and puts them in an arctic circle, thus escaping Ultron and saving the children. Only a few Avengers survived that attack, Thor who never returned to Earth, Hawkeye with his son Francis, Vision and Iron Man who fled with the children to the Arctic.

Hegemony[]

With the Heroes gone, Ultron soon began his next step in his plan. And began to try to conquer land. He murdered all mankind and replaced them with mechanical city and robotic minions. He attacked both North America and Europe and started attacking Asia as well. And during that time Ultron Hawkaye and Murdered him, and thus made his son the leader of the resistance against Ultron, and calling them Scavengers group of surving humans during Ultron's attacks.

He rebuilt New York, and began calling it Ultron City, which became his headquarters and capital ever since. Although he continues his world domination and murdering the other humans, and began the search for the Avengers being them, Banner, Stark, Vision and the descendants of the Avengers. Ultron also rebuilt a trophy room where he showed in Citadel in Ultron City, all the victims Ultron killed being heroes and villains along the way. Vision soon reappeared like Stark's eyes and ears. But Ultron soon found a way to damage it. Who managed to hurt him badly before Vision escaped.

Encounter with the Avengers[]

Stark raised the children in the Arctic hideout with the following members: Torrun, Thor's daughter, James Rogers, Captain America's son, Azari, Black Panther's son, Henry Pym Jr that is Giant Man and Wasp son, and the others, Black Window, Lady Sif and Storm. The children grew around their teens but were alarmed and with a return from Vision. Stark then took Vision to his workshop and the children followed him, only to find Stark's experimental Avengers, and when James activates the energy signature that is captured by Ultron's satellites. With that, Ultron goes to the Avengers and attacks them, he fights the Iron Avengers and corrupts them all, then Ultron tries to assassinate Vision and the children. However, Stark attacks Ultron to save the children and Vision so they escape at Quinjet, although he was dominated by Ultron and beaten and captured.

Ultron vs Next Avengers[]

Vision gets energized and deactivates, then the kids take controls of Quinjet and redirects it to Ultra City to save Stark that had been captured by Ultron. However soon after the jet is destroyed by the Ultron security forces, but the children are still safe from the attack. They sneak in until Torunn receives them, they are soon attacked by Ultron's robotic weapons and Iron Avengers, and when the machines stand up to wars with them until Francis Balton arrives the new Hawkaye that saves them from the robots. Ultron then sees the children approaching and confronts Stark asking him them, that he tortures him with electricity so that he reveals everything but Tony resists. Then the Avengers make their way to Citadel, where they encounter the hall of heroes and villains.

Battle Final[]

When he reaches Banner, he then refuses him or Hulk to help him. Then the kids turn on the machines to lure Ultron into a final fight. He then locates them and sends the Iron Avengers to hunt them down, and sends cyber parents to distil the children. And after a well-balanced battle, the Iron Avengers are finally destroyed. Then Hulk and Ultron fight, and that Ultron uses pressure points and energy bearns to defeat him. Then the Ultron approaches the Next Avengers and attacks them by blasting them with energy, which burns Pym while absorbing Azari's electric attack and firing back at him, then strangles Torrun and then attacks James with a burst of energy, but James protects himself by blocking Ultron's attack with his shield. Then Ultron feeds the power. But while Ultron is distracted, Pym wakes up Hulk who gets angry, and attacks Ultron and then he catches him off guard and rips him apart destroying him.

However even as Ultron's body is destroyed by the Hulk, he begins to try to repair himself. Soon after Torunn sacrifices himself and throws the remains of Ultron away from the earth so that they cannot reform, and then Ultron is no longer seen. In the end, in space Torunn is saved by Thor, who offers her to go with him to Asgard, but she refuses and decides to stay in the land that pleases her father.

Aftermath[]

Torrun return to Earth for the day it seems to have expired, but Stark recalls that Ultron's forces still have control of the earth in the favor. And that they need to defeat him, the Avengers then gather for trainning. And with the help of Stark and Hulk it is very likely that in a matter of time before the Next Avengers overthrow all Ultron forces to restore peace to humanity.

Personality[]

Ultron is literally a cruel, cold-blooded machine and also a ruthless tyrant who will do anything to get what he wants. He, as well as Ultron's other incarnations, is very misleading with regard to humans as inferior to machines. At one point, Ultron showed himself to be selfish, wanting the world to be his own image and shifting to a nine in a city and putting his in place of New York. He is also a sadistic who likes to kill the humans he encountered.

Appearance[]

Ultron is a all robot with two antennas on its head and with red pieces of iron around its mouth, eyes and heart where they can shoot lightning at their enemies.
