Tsuneyoshi Washuu, or also known as Demon Tsune, is a major antagonist of the Tokyo Ghoul franchise, despite being a ghoul he is the creator of CCG, a group humans who hunt ghouls, he is the father of Rize Kamishiro, Kishou Arima, Yoshitoli Washuu and his bastard son Nimura Furuta. He is one of the main antagonists along with Big Madam, Eto Yoshimura, Akihiro Kanou and Kichimura Washuu. He is voiced by Katsunuke Hori in the Japonese version, and Daniel Caskey in the English version.

Tsuneyoshi Washuu is the father of a so-called ghoul clan, he used CCG to exterminate the other ghouls, he then led the CCG to fight the Ghouls and exterminate them, but soon afterwards, when Eto surrendered to CCG, revealed that Tsuneyoshi and the Washuu clan are in ghoul truths, after Itsuki Marude confirmed Eto's alegations and discovered the truth, that he was a pure blood ghoul, he was also the father of other ghouls like Rize Kamishiro and Kichimura Washuu, and that he had earlier begun a cycle of incest with female ghouls of his own clan, however, after the invasion of Aogiri Tree, Kichimura Washuu kills him since he himself stated that he would not recendate him.

- Tsuneyoshi Washuu is very similar to the Craster of the Game of Thrones franchise or also known by its initials as "GOT", both are reproducers of a clan, both create the clan through the rape, both are killed by another villain who is as Pure Evil as they, Karl Tanner for Craster, Tsuneyoshi for Kichimura Washuu, and both are Complete Monters/Pure Evil.
