Tom is one of the main characters of Peep and the Big Wide World and serves as the sole antagonist. He is Peep, Chirp and Quack's enemy.

Tom, sitting on a fence notices Quack sticky with blueberry juice and Coaxes him to wash himself off in Nellie's bowl. When Tom sees his plan working and creeps up above Nellie sleeping and wakes her up by meowing loudly and hides behind the fence. When, he sees Nellie scolding and banishing Quack from her yard, Tom laughs to himself, tells himself he's such a bad cat and walks away, proudly.
