The Entity is the main antagonist in the 1994 horror film Wes Craven's New Nightmare, he is a demon who took the form of Freddy Krueger to attack Nancy Thompson.
History[]
Biography[]
It is a demonic, and ancient entity, that has existed since the history of mankind assuming various forms at different times. He also attacked humans by assuming their evil incarnations. Then when Freddy was killed in Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare. He then assumed his identity and legacy for himself.
Wes Craven's New Nightmare[]
The Entity soon began to attack Heather Langenkamp, Robert Englund and their creator Wes Craven. He also did the same thing with Dylan Porter, the son of Chase and Heather. The Entity also affected the world that was awake including Heather's messages and her song: ''One, Two, Freddy's coming For You''. Entity's first victims were Charles Wilson and Terrance Feinstein who made one of Freddy Krueger's films. Soon after he killed Chase, and Julie also when he was invisible, who was Dylan's nanny, then he started chasing her and Dylan, and then took them to Dream World. Where you tried to kill them. However, they manage to escape when it takes on its original shape, and use fire on it. With that, Heather and Dylan return to the real world.
Personality[]
The Entity, is a completely evil, chaotic and malevolent entity. In addition, The Entity has also shown to have many features similar to Freddy Krueger. Like his extreme sadism and lack of remorse for the lives he took. He also proved to be a cruel, sadistic, completely evil.
