The Brain is a character in the 1993-1998 Warner Bros. cartoon series Animaniacs, as well as its spinoff series Pinky and the Brain and its 2020-2023 reboot series. He is a lab mouse who wants to take over the world.
He is voiced by Maurice LaMarche.
Despite being a protagonist in both the Pinky and the Brain segments and the Pinky and the Brain spinoff series, not only is Brain a villain for the most part, but he is also an antagonist on several occasions as he went up against the Warner Siblings (Yakko, Wakko and Dot) in the Animaniacs video game, as well as the episode Sir Yaksalot.
