The Street Cats are minor antagonists of Nickelodeon animated series The Loud House and the major antagonists of the spin-off The Casagrandes. They are Mr. Wiggles' minions who help him terrorize people and cause chaos at Great Lakes City.

Background[]
The street cats are the sentient animals and minions of Mr. Wiggles who hatred of humans and dogs which they wanted to terrorize them, but they turn out to simply be a large group of stray cats. From what's been seen so far, they appear to be quite vicious and the Casagrande family must keep the front door to their building closed, or else the street cats will get inside and destroy everything they love. Furthermore, most citizens of Great Lakes City have to beware of the street cats who helps Mr. Wiggles terrorize people by causing chaos across the city and destroying anything they love. They form various shapes and sizes to attack people and destroy things at Great Lakes City.
Their first appearance in "The Loudest Mission: Relative Chaos" as the main antagonists, the street cats gets distracted by Hector who tossing a container of fish onto the front steps. They later attacks Lincoln and Lori when arrive at the apartment, Ronnie Anne notices them and lets them in, albeit in scratches due to the street cats attacking them. They also attacks the Mango man while Bobby decides to save him. When Ronnie Anne and Maria forgets to close the door outside, the street cats barge into the apartment to attack the Casagrandes, Santiagos, Lincoln and Lori. They knocks over the cake which Rosa made for the party and Ronnie Anne catches it, but the street cats pass by her and leaves the apartment.
In "Pranks for the Memories with the Casagrandes", the street cats are seen chasing the five Casagrandes while they going to the hibachi restaurant. They later stampede into the building and attack Bobby, Carl, CJ and Carlitos. Unfortunately, Ronnie Anne and Carlota's victory is short-lived, as the street cats end up destroying Carlota's entire room.
In "Walk Don't Run", the street cats attack Ronnie Anne and destroy her skateboard. When the street cats leave, Ronnie Anne decides to save up money for a new skateboard while she and Sid starts a dog walking business. Later, they arrives at the park to scare the dogs by breaking their leashes and chasing them in all directions, which it's now up to Ronnie Anne and Sid to search for them. At the end, they attacks Carl and chases the dogs once again which he takes Ronnie Anne and Sid's job.
In "Operation Dad", the street cat attacks Arturo to eat the steak when Ronnie Anne was taking a photo. The street cats later attack Ronnie Anne while Carl, Carlota and CJ appearing her to resemble that of a trouble-making punk who hangs out with the bad kids.
In The Casagrandes Familia Sounds episode "Carl's Cash Class", the street cats attack Carl and Sergio by eating the fish tacos and destroying their dog washing business, but Ronnie Anne sprays them with the hose to save Carl and Sergio.
In "Cursed!", they chases Bobby throughout the mercado and swarms him in the dairy case after Sancho puts a fish into his pants.
In "What's Love Gato Do with It?", the street cats block the front door of the apartment and prepare to attack the Casagrandes who arriving back from the Great Lakes City Onion Festival, but Rosa opens a fire hydrant to spray them. Later when Ronnie Anne, Carlota, CJ, Carl and Sergio walks through the cat's alley to search for Bobby, the street cats are about to torture the five before Bobby (a cat mode) jumps out to screech at them. After Ronnie Anne says "papaya" to get Bobby back to normal, they swarms behind him.
In "No Egrets", the street cats attempting to kill Yoon and Kwan, but they spots Sergio and fights him easily. They leaves while Yoon and Kwan reunite with Sergio.
In "Undivided Attention", the flashback shows that the street cats attack Frida and drag her out of the apartment so they can torture her.
In "Prankaversary", the street cats attack Ronnie Anne to get the smelly fish from her. They also grabs Sergio to attack him.
In "Lalo Land", they attacks Lolo after the director orders to bring them for a movie set.
In "Operation Popstar", the street cat is seen stuck on Alisa's hair. The street cat also attacks Alisa and eats the fish from Carlota's hand.
In "The Golden Curse", the street cats attack Sergio after he mistook a trashcan where has the las arras.
In "Let's Get Ready to Rumba", the street cats enter the dance studio which Sergio use a fish to lure them, but they end up snuggles with Ivan instead of terrorizing the class.
In "Dog Day Afternoon", they fights Lalo easily and beats him up at the time before the Casagrande family arrive home.
In "Great Lakes Freakout!", the street cats chase Lalo all the way to the mercado where Lincoln, Ronnie Anne, Carl and Hector quickly close the door to prevent them from getting in, but they leaves as Lori comes back with Leni in her car. They later gets wrangled by Lana which Lincoln has Lori enlist her for help.
The street cats are appeared in the comic book series, such as in Live Life Loud! issue "A Pirate's Life for CJ" where they kidnap the Mango man to keep him in hostage before CJ and Sergio comes to fight them off, followed by in issue "Lost and Found" as they scares Ronnie Anne and Lalo by making him run away and get lost. They are about to wreak havoc across the market in We're All Familia issue "Skate Force Go!" where the battle between them and Sid, Casey and Laird while Ronnie Anne skates to the shop by buying some ingredients for Rosa, and in Guessing Games issue "Bobby's World" where they steal the batch of milks which the Mango man delivers to the mercado.
My Fair Cat Lady[]
It is revealed that the street cats have their leader, Mr. Wiggles. The cats about to devour Mr. Scully and they chew him up and spit him out, sending him crashing into Bobby. Adelaide wants the cats to get adopted, but don't know a way to get them to cooperate. The cats were trained by Adelaide who teaching them good manners and being obedient to people, but they kept continue to terrorize people and other animals which Adelaide stops them. After the adoption fails, they decides to avoid getting locked away by Marcus for their crime ways.
Later at Great Lakes City Zoo, the rats escape from Marcus' van and merge into a giant rat beast and fights between the Neighborhood Cats and Great Lakes City Rats. Marcus, Adelaide and Becca staring cheering for the cats as well as the others. The cats like the cheering as the rats jump up and take the shape of a mallet the cats see it and quickly dissipate. The cats rejoin high above the rats and deliver a power punch, defeating the giant rat. Adelaide comes up with an idea on how to solve the city's cat and rat problem.
Howling Good Time[]
In the comic book issue "Air Mail", the street cats and their boss Mr. Wiggles are seen helping Carl set up his business for the street cat messaging service at the park to deliver people's messages where they charge extra for express delivery.
Personalities[]
They are mean, wild, scary, cruel, destructive and vicious gang of sentient black cats who despises the humans (mainly the Casagrandes) and dogs which they wanted to terrorize them by causing chaos across the city and destroy anything they love.
Appearances[]
They are simply black-furred cats with green eyes.

- Some people have believed that the street cats aren't villains, although they are villains because they're sentient animals who terrorizing people and causing chaos at Great Lakes City. They also formed various shapes and sizes to attack people and destroy things at Great Lakes City.
