The stray dogs are minor antagonists in the 1955 Disney film, Lady and the Tramp.
They were seen chasing Lady and trying to attack and kill her, only to be stopped by Tramp. Tramp fights the aggressive stray dogs to protect Lady, which causes them to retreat. They were never seen again afterwards.
