Storm Owl is one of the eight bosses that appears in Megaman X4.

Storm Owl is a Repliforce general and commanded the organization's air force. He was also a very proud soldier and when the Repliforce was labeled Maverick, Storm Owl resented it. He then commanded his air force to attack the city which diverted the attention of Maverick Hunter. Because of his actions he was confronted by both X or Zero. The Storm Owl stated that the Repliforce was justified by its decisions, the battle then commences then, the Storm Owl was killed in battle.
In the fight, the Storm will fly around the arena, he will try to grab you, he will fire three lines of projectiles and anger uses the Double Cyclone. When the Storm Owl was in poor health, it will use tornadoes. The weakness of Storm Owl is Aiming Laser and Rakuhouha.
