Splash Warfly is one of the eight Maverick bosses that appears in Megaman X7. He is Voiced by Ryan Drees.

Long before the Megaman X7 events, he had a conflict with Axl because they both hated each other. After sinking his warship, Warfly claiming that the debris was sunk on the battlefield. He has a mania of attacking his enemies with his naginata or lauching his laser or firing his missile. Then when he attacks he jumps into the sea either and then jumps on the platform behind the player in an attempt to catch them. His weak point Volt Tornado when he plays with X and Axl more when he plays with Raijinshou when he plays with Zero.
