Shirley, referred as (the "Villain" or "The Villain Whose Name Isn't Shirley"), is the main antagonist of Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators.

He is an android created by both of Jimmy and Timmy who seeks to merge their universes and create his own. However, he redeems himself at the end of the movie and opens a pizzeria. He is extremely stupid and comical.

He is voiced by Jeff Garlin, who also voiced Cuddle E. Hugs in SpongeBob SquarePants.

Appearance[]

Shirley is a tall muscular man with a beard who is wearing a blue metalic suit with white deatils.

Biography[]

Shirley was made to be a supervillain by Jimmy and Timmy after finding their regular eniemies too easy to defeat. However, when it came to the real world, he showed to be a very generous and playful person and that really irritates Timmy and Jimmy a lot. but when he was forgotten by the two boys, Shirley felt disgusted and betrayed and started to destroy the two universes of Timmy Turner and Jimmy Neutron for revenge.

Trivia[]

His appearance looks similar to Crocker's armor in the episode "Abra-Catastrophe!".
He can be considered as the most heinous villain in the entire Jimmy Neutron and Fairly Oddparents series, as he tried to destroy two universes. He even trumps the entire Yugopotamian race who celebrate a holiday called F.L.A.R.G. where they blow up planets.
