Sebastian Ballentine (born Henry Palaver) was a bigarist who prentended to be medium, and a serial rapist and sociopath, and the main antagonist of the Pure episode of Law and Order SVU.
He is portrayed by Martin Short.

Very little is known about Sebastian's past, other than being accused of rape and kidnapping a 14-year old girl in Canada. After that he served 5 years of sentence and met his wife Carlene Ballentine in prison. However, he only used her and had no empathy for Carlene, and he also never had sex with her, as she was not a virgin. Then he recruited Carlene as an accomplice, and he kidnapped young, virgin girls where Sebastian would rape them.
After that, Carlene killed a woman named Danette Lancour and stole her baby, whom she called Henry Jr. They then fled to New York, when Sebastian raped a young girl named Kaley Sellers, he then went to the Special Victims Unit, where he prentended to be a medium and talked about having a vision of the kidnapping, he also even accepted Kaley's family as clients, meanwhile Carlene killed Kaley to cover his tracks and kidnapped Sister Peg.
However, detectives Stabbler and Benson soon began to distrust Sebastian and discovered his real identity. After the arrest of Carlene and Sebastian, Stabler managed to elicit a confession from Carlene, Sebastian angrily tried to strangle Carlene and called her a prostitute, meanwhile Stabler disliked Sebastian and said he would remain in New York to face the charges, although Canada wanted to extradite him to face up to his previous crimes.
