Dr. Rufus Dufus is the overarching antagonist in Nickelodeon's 51st full-length animated feature film No Time to Spy: A Loud House Movie.
He is voiced by Dan Fogler.

37 years ago, Rufus is launching a rocket that would destroy all the world's communication satellites so he can rule the world, but he gets stopped by Myrtle (AKA Agent 28) after he accidentally slipped on a puddle of coffee and fell into his own rocket. While Myrtle was able to stop the lasers attached to the satellite, she is unable to stop the launch, resulting Rufus to be blasted into space and never return. His beloved wife Fifi arrives with picking up takeout and saw what Myrtle did to her husband. She decides to plot her revenge against Myrtle in order to avenge him.
It is assumed that Mr. Dufus died in space of starvation and even oxygen in many years.

37 years later, Rufus is still not return for his vengeance and it turns out that his wife Fifi was the mastermind who witnessed the loss of her husband after she arrived years ago. With Rufus' death, Fifi is planning for revenge against Myrtle's new family, the Louds.
Fifi's evil plans in vengeance and avenging her husband has come to an end when Myrtle rescues the Louds from being blasted into space. At the end after the rest of the Loud family and Albert save Lincoln's life from a rocket, Fifi and Ham Hand gets arrested by Flop for their crimes, ending Rufus' legacy for good.
