Riley Porter is the tertiary antagonist of the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Revenge". He and his friends Tony Kelly and Chris Carnassis, three self-described "incels" ("involuntary celibates") embark on a rape spree to get back at women they feel have unfairly rejected them.
He is portrayed by Ethan Slater.
