Rico Dredd is the main antagonist of the 1995 film called Judge Dredd.
He is portrayed by Armand Assante.

A former judge escapes from prison along with his uniform, he arms a combat robot that freed Rico from prison and instructed to spread chaos. By sending him to Aspen and Mega 1, Rico then kills hundreds of judges in 2 days and kills the council's judges. Rico later betrays Griffin and replaces the DNA of the clones with his own and Janus's. Rico later orders the clones to kill Dredd but fail. Then Dredd and Rico would fight up the stairs, and Rico would fall to his own death.
