Richard Ramirez(born as Ricardo Leyva Muñoz Ramirez is a secondary antagonist in Hotel and also in 1984 in American Horror Story.
Description[]
This version of Ramirez is very different from its Hotel counterpart. Since he instead of dying in prison he was imprisoned for eternity at the Hotel Cortez. And also in the 1984 version, he is a much more mystical character than the real counterpart of the Hotel. Although they were both Satanists, he still managed to escape from prison easily, he almost killed Brooke. But he was hindered by the ghost of 1984 including his former ally Montana Brooke, since several of them were victims of Ramirez, Mr. Jingles and Booth.
