Rex Gallagher is antagonist from british soap Hollyoaks. Rex is a gangster that would at first attempt a business venture with Warren Fox. Rex would reveal to be working with Blue to exact revenge on Warren for causing the daughter of Blue's death.
It would later be revealed that Rex is infact the estranged son of the notorious gangster Fraser Black meaning Rex was also the half brother of Grace Black.
