Raoul (Panic Room)

Raoul was the main antagonist of the 2002 thriller called Panic Room. He is a cruel and playful psychopath who is not afraid to kill people, children or even his own partners.

He is portrayed by Dwight Yoakam who portrayed by Doyle Hargraves of Sling Blades.

History

Very little is known about Raoul's past and not even his real name is revealed, he is a bus driver, and one day he together with Junior who is an aspiring gangster and also Burnham a blue collar worker decide to make a robbery, but they only scare Meg Altman and his daughter Sarah. After that, Junior decides to drop out, and during an argument, Raoul kills him in cold blood. With only Burnham as their partner in crime, they detain mother and daughter.

And soon they discover that Steven is her husband and they beat him violently so that Meg could see on the cameras. However, in the end Burnham tried to make Raoul stop, but he refused. And in the end he is betrayed by Burnham who happened upon his death.
