Paulie is the character of Yogi the Easter Bear played by Charlie Adler.
Paulie appears in the TV Special he and his his henchmen Ernest lives on the Factory to kidnapped the Easter Bunny to making plastic ones for replace the Easter eggs but Yogi and Boo Boo rescues the Easter Bunny and Yogi put the two villains on the making the basket full easter eggs. and They arrives at the hen house Paulie tell Ernest to be Easter Bunny using a giant slingshot to crash through the henhouse's roof to play trick on that Big Dog but the Dynamite with Easter basket and it explosion Guard Dog chases Paulie and Ernest away. and then they on board the big truck with weapons and chases Yogi and his friends, and they crashed into the tunnel with the big wheel and they falling off the cliff with the bee hive and they being chase by the Big Bad Bees.
