Paul Davies is a recurring antagonist in Law and Order SVU in season 21 in the episodes ''At Midnight In Manhattan'', '' Must Be Held Accountable'' and in ''The Things We Have To Lose''.

History[]
Very little is known about Paul Davies's past but a successful defense attorney. He once raped a transgender name Lakira Beca and shortly after he raped her. After the incident, Davies is arrested for raping Beca but Davies manages to manipulate Beca by paying her to drop the charges against him, despite SVU detectives asking her not to do so. Davies also appeared in the episode ''Must Be Held Accountable'' where he defends Steven Getz as a lawyer after he was arrested, before his suicide. However, in the last episode of Davies's appearance, Beca contacts Tamin who reports that Davies had raped another transgender woman named Dakota Knight and killed her. At first Davies denied raping Dakota, but after SVU obtained substantial evidence against Davies, after that Tamin arrests him for rape and murder.
