Oliver is the main antagonist of The Loud House episode "Deep Cuts". He is an assistant of Principal Rivers.
He was voiced by Carlton Byrd.
Biography[]
Oliver forces Principal Rivers to cancel the Music Club due to budget cuts. He discovers the Moon Goats protesting for Rivers to keep their club and told her to stand firm. While the Moon Goats are playing a song "Stand Together", Oilver spots Principal Rivers who rocking out with the band as she agrees to keep the Music Club. He decides to force Rivers to cancel the Sports Club, which made Lori berates Luna for protesting.
The next day, Oliver asking Rivers what is for lunch before Lori and the members of Sports Club protesting to convince Principal Rivers to keep the Sports Club, which she agrees to keep their club. He decides to force Rivers to cancel the Theatre Club, which made Luan berates Lori for protesting.
Back at high school, Oliver notices Principal Rivers watching Luan and the members of the Theatre Club put on a stage performance to convince her to keep their club. He tries to prevent Rivers from keeping the Theatre Club, but she won't listen and agrees to keep their club. The next day, Oliver discussing with Principal Rivers about the final budget and orders her to cut one of their three clubs, which Luna, Lori and Luan decides to protect for Rivers with their club.
Another next day, Oilver and Rivers watches the three clubs protesting, but the three clubs end up insult and fight each other, causing the giant acorn statue to break off and crashes through the front door. Oliver and Rivers inform the three clubs in order to pay off the damage their extremely budget, which the three clubs apologize for their destruction and the three older Loud sisters decides to raise money.
Later as Lori, Luna, Luan and their club members set up a fundraiser, Oliver and Principal Rivers watches the attendees to make a donation and they are proud of the three older Loud sisters for raising money to fix the school and save their clubs. At the end, Oliver dancing with Rivers during the song "Stand Together" as Luna, Lori and Luan celebrate their success.
Personality[]
He is more decisive and competent than Principal Rivers and annoyed by her incompetency of managing the school and letting students tell her what to do.
Appearance[]
He is dark-skinned, with curly black hair on top of his head, while the back and sides of his head shaved. He also wears large glasses, a white dress shirt, with a mint green sweater vest, khaki pants, and an orange sash with sign "Assistant" emblazoned on it across his chest.
