Nurse J. Foreman is the main antagonist of a Supernatural episode that is ''Sam, Interrupted''. She is a wrath that feeds on brain fruition.
She is portrayed by Lara Gilchrist.
History[]
At some point she possessed as a nurse at a psychiatric hospital and killed countless patients and fed and meme animators on her brain fruition, she also made it appear that all her murders were suicidal to cover her tracks. She killed a patient who appears at the beginning of the episode called Susan Fletcher, and then another patient named Annie. These murders caught the attention of a retired hunter named Martin Creaser, but when he managed to resolve it, Martin then decides to call the Winchester brothers to investigate the case with him.
The brothers manage to be admitted to the psichiatric hospital as crazy. so they can investigate and find out who is the wraith. And a few days later she kills a patient named Ted and makes her death look like a suicide. Next she sees the Winchester brothers at the place where Ted died investigating about her, she then asks why they are mortuary, Dean then drops his causes and shouts pudding.
She then fed on a patient named Wendy, but she was soon interrupted by Dean and Martin who discovered that Nurse J. Foremam was the wraith. She attacks both hunters, Martin manages to slash her with a silver gun, but she runs away. After escaping, Foreman says two patients attacked her in the hallway. They find out that Wendy is still alive and disoriented screaming to go after wraith. And then when the helpers arrive, Dean manages to keep them out.
She then tries to feed on Sam when he is confined in a padded room. And when she goes she prepares to stab him with her peak. However, Dean still disoriented tries to stop her, but she attacks him. Sam then takes the opportunity and breaks Foreman's peak, which she shouts. Sam then picks up the silver-plated letter opener and stabs Foreman. Then the Winchesters brothers escape the psychiatrist hospital.
