Dog Man: Grime and Punishment[]
In Dog Man: Grime and Punishment, he serves as one of the two secondary antagonists.
One day, Chief was getting an award for being the best chief in town (despite the fact he's the ONLY chief in town) at the city hall with the mayor. He then announced that to present the award was Dog Man. However Dog Man didn't show up. A male cop in the audience said that Dog Man was probably digging up the flower beds outside the city hall. So, Chief quickly called Dog Man over, and Chief and Mayor were surprised when they saw Dog Man, as he was covered in grime.
Then, he jumped over Mayor and Chief, which made Mayor mad. Angrily, he tells Chief that if Dog Man messed up one more time, he'd take his badges away. Then, Mayor noticed Dog Man chewing his hat up, which made him even more mad. Then, Chief tried to take the hat from Dog Man, which led to a tug-of-war game for the hat, which ended up ripping the hat and causing Chief to fall down backwards, destroying a support pillar for the city hall, destroying the building. Then, Chief and Mayor got out of the rubble, and Chief gave Mayor the ripped hat, which Dog Man grasped immediately.
That night, Chief and Dog Man went to Mayor's house, where Mayor angrily told Chief to fire Dog Man, yet Chief pleaded for him not to. Then, Mayor decided to fire Dog Man himself.
As Chief and Dog Man left, Mayor talked to his teddy bear Mr. Snookums and told him that everyone loves Mayor, before he went to sleep with the teddy bear.
The next morning, Li'l Petey and 80-HD were informed about Dog Man getting fired, so they made a helmet that looked like a cat's head. Then, they put it on Dog Man when he woke up.
Soon enough, Dog Man, now disguised as Cat Man, went to the COPS station, where he chewed up a picture of himself Chief was holding, which made another game of tug-of-war, making Dog Man fall backward and making the Cat helmet fall off. Then, Chief noticed, and Dog Man quickly put his helmet back on again. Then, Chief took off Dog Man's helmet and realized it was Dog Man. Then, Chief was informed Mayor was coming, so he quickly put on Dog Man's helmet on him.
Then, Mayor saw Dog Man (disguised as Cat Man), and hires him.
Later, Cat Man disguised himself as an evil cat and went to Crud, who was wrecking havoc across the city. Then, he captured Crud by tying his tail to a fire hydrant. Then, Crud slammed Cat Man to the ground, taking off his helmet. Then, Mayor, who was watching this all unfold on the news, ran to Crud and threatened Dog Man and his friends who had started to fight Crud that he was going to arrest them. Then, a group of cops came, and Mayor threatened to fire the cops if they didn't arrest the heroes. So, the cops sadly arrested the others.
Later, 80-HD had freed the heroes from the cop car, which angered Mayor. However, he had gotten informed by another cop that his house was on fire due to Munchy. Then, he realized that Mr. Snookums was inside and he ran into his house, with Dog Man running into there right afterwards, and he saved Mayor, with Mr. Snookums in his mouth, as Mayor's house fell apart.
Mayor angrily blamed Dog Man for Mr. Snookums' 'death', until Dog Man coughed Mr. Snookums up. Then, Mayor thanked Dog Man, and he redeemed himself.
