Narcisso Grillo is the main antagonist of The Casagrandes season 3 episode "Phantom Freakout".

He was voiced by Sean Burgos.

A long time ago, Narcisso is born in 1801 at Mexico who was renowned composer of the Great Lakes City music hall and he write all of his famous symphonies, but he later has passed away and becomes a spirit ghost. While Narcisso hates non-classical musicians, he plotted to eliminate all non-classical music by keeping them out of the concert hall and capture non-classical musicians to turn them into instruments. He also ensures that the classical musicians are only allowed at the concert hall.

Narcisso haunts a concert hall where Twelve is Midnight were planning to play. Ronnie Anne, Sid, Lincoln and Clyde tried to capture him with an ARGGH! device called a "containment backpack", but unsuccessful and he spat ectoplasm on the kids and the band members. Narcisso floats everything while Lincoln press buttons to spit Han out of the containment on him. He furiously possesses the instruments and chases after the nine throughout the concert hall by turning four Twelve is Midnight members into musical instruments.

It was revealed that Narcisso hatred towards Twelve is Midnight because he despises all non-classical music. He terrorize the Tropical Fruits and Ziggy who played pop and rock music at the concert hall, he allows Alexis and the school band to play since they play classic music. He soon gets backfired by Twelve is Midnight who play the symphony, causing him to appear his face and become a spirit.

After Twelve is Midnight play the symphony, Narcisso has a change of heart and transforms the rest of the Twelve is Midnight back into humans. When Ronnie Anne convinces Narcisso, he allows Twelve is Midnight to play their music in a concert hall by playing the piano version of Twelve is Midnight's new song. Narcisso also snaps his fingers to levitate the nine and they fangirl out.

Narcisso is a mean, vengeful and snobbish spirit ghost who despises for non-classical music (mainly pop and rock music), he wants to eliminate all non-classical music by keeping them out of the concert hall. He haunts the concert hall and terrorize non-classical musicians by turning them into instruments (including Ronnie Anne, Sid, Lincoln, Clyde and Twelve is Midnight). At the end, he redeemed and lets Twelve is Midnight to play their music after they played the symphony.
