He is a Best Friend Forever of Dr. Gacha who is a Father of Creator Luni and Aqua (and also Syna) and He is One of the Jail Masters in the Histories. He cares about being with Cykopath after He retreats the Neon Jails that He is released who is His Parents' Shooter.
He was voiced by Hidekatsu Shibata in Anime Adaptions.
