Peter Lewis or known how ''Mr. Scratch, was a main antagonist who appeared in episode in the ''Mr. Scratch'' of season 10. He is main antagonist of the season 13 together with Cat Adams. He is portrayed by Bodhi Elfman.
History
Peter born in Jacksonville, Florida. He had an extremely high intelligence, his parents had a group house that received several adoptive children, and after many allegations of pedophilia and Peter's father to dress as devil, made everyone think that pedophile was Satan's thing.
The allegations were received by skepticims by the police but a psychologist named Dr. Suzannah Regan, she managed convince the police with Neil as arrested and killed in jail for being a pedophile, when Peter had 13 years of age.
Peter eventually attended Harvard college, after graduation, he was hired by the National Security Agency.
After other agencies began evaluating Regan and clearing it, it left her credibility down and after numerous threats she was forced to stay in the witness protection service.
After realizing that father's death was all in vain.
Season 10
Mr. Scratch
After making Daniel Karras, Christine McNeil and Larry Merrin hallucinate and kill their loved ones, BAU soon noticed a pattern and began to investigate, then another target Bill Kinderman tries to kill his own but his paternal instinct was but strong is he killed himself to save his son. Peter enters the witness protection database to find Regan at BAU headquaters, generating a blackout in the process.
Reid deduces that the codes used to hack into the Quantico database and that the suspect could work for NSA. Having to turn to Tony Axelrod an NSA employee after many appeals they soon idetifies the suspect, Hotch soon identifies the next victim he's looking at.
Hotch goes home to Regan, but soon discovers that Peter is already there, Peter then forcing Regan to kill himself in front of Hotch, thanks to the effect of drugs, then the drug also also in an attempt to make him see Mr. Scratch.
While talking among themselves, Hotch deduces that Peter was one of the children who were in Suzannah's interviews, testifiyng against his father, at first he gets enraged at this, Peter then considers it a great challenge to get inside Hotch' head.
He hallucinates him to kill Reid, Morgan and Rossi; Peter tries to make Hotch kill the real Morgan, Reid and Rossi while the three enter the house, Peter gives himself immediately, feeling pleased to get into Hotch's head, then he looks at Hotch with a mocking look as he is being taken to the police car.
