Morticus Khan is a supporting antagonist from Madagascar’s spin-off cartoon All Hail King Julian. He is an evil version of Mort from another universe who rules over a horde of Mort clones in a barren wasteland filled with foot effigies who seeks to conquer Madagascar.
Just like his regular counterpart, Morticus Khan is voiced by Andy Richter.
