Mitchell Jenkins is the main antagonist of the American Dream and Sanctuary episodes of Law and Order SVU.
History[]
Not much about Michell's past life besides having Carleen Jenkins as his wife and children, he was also a domestic abuser, as he physically abused his wife. He and his friend Stevie Cole and Hector Ramirez decide to commit theft.
SVU[]
After that, Jenkins, Cole and Ramirez send the Muslim family, Jenkins and Cole are the most violent and rape and torture the family, Jenkins then kills two Muslim members at the restaurant. With that the SVU is called and they begin to investigate, then when they discover Ramirez's involment in the crime, and when he was about to be deported, he is soon killed. The SVU finds that the identify of Mitchell and Stevie and the two are arrested. Carleen at first refused to testify against Jenkins, but when Benson together with Barba manage to convince her to testify, after that, Jenkins and Cole are then arrested for their villainous actions.
