Mister Sinister

Nathaniel Essex or also better known by the pseudonym as Mister Sinister is the main enemy of the X-Men, Cable and also of Deadpool. He is a powerful mutant who is obsessed with making genetic perfection, and forcing the entire population of the world to the next step in evolution, and eliminating those he believes are weak or get in his way.

History[]

Biography[]

In the 19th century, Apocalypse soon found Essex and used his technology and turned him into Sinister. Soon after at a different time, Gambit and Courier go to get help and ask Sinister that he agreed to help them, if he could get a DNA sample from Courier. And thus obtaining DNA, he allowed Sinister to replicate Courier's ability to shapeshifter himself within Sinister's own body. And at the beginning of the 20th century, Mister Sinister had split the genetic genome and was ready to share the information with Hebert Edgar Wyndham, who later became the High Evolutionary. And during the second world war, Mister Sinister worked alongside the Nazis and collected as much blood as he could. And it was at that time that he saw the sub-mariner, and was inspired to create a clone of Namor. And the clone was the N2 experiment, and it was successful against the original Namor, but he was defeated by Captain America.

Sometime later, Mister Sinister recruited Gambit to reunite the Marauders and ordered the Molocks massacre. Sinister also cloned Jean Gray, who went on to be called Madelyne Prior, who later Cyclops would have a child with, whom Sinister would later see as the ultimate mutant. Cyclops later rejected Prior when Jean returned from stasis, and the young men would be taken to the future where Cable was. And Sinister's manipulators that would take the events of the world known as Hell, where Cyclops is said to have killed thanks to his powers of molecular regeneration. That was when he revealed that he had a third Summers brothers.

Sinister was also involved in the Xavier attempt by Stryfe, and talking DNA from Cyclops and Jean Gray. However, Stryfe gave Sinister the legacy virus that would terrify mutants, and would destroy several lives of both mutants and humans. Then Sinister would get involved with Nate Gray and Threnody. He joined the Weapon X program, posing as Dr. Robert Windsor, and claiming that he wanted to help the mutants escape the mutant concentration camp, which was Weapon X's Neverland, but in fact he tricked them into being his own testing experiments.
