Metal Shark Player it was created by Gate to work on recycling. His studied allowed him to control the DNA data of dead Reploids, he is also able to ressurect the Maverick who died. As the ressurection of the DNA was totally forbinder, and the government acted against it, more Gate encouraged him to continue his studies (plus Alia points out that he would continue even if Gate tried to stop him) he was then dismissed as punishment. He was later ressurected by Gate to join Nightmare Investigators, being returned to its Recycle Laboratory.
