Mark Ocurro is the main antagonist of the episode Baggage of the Law and Order SVU.
He was portrayed by Nelson Vasquez.

Ocurro soon began his crimes raping and killing his victims he also tied them and closed their mouths, he was caught by the SVU detective, after he forges an alibe he was released for lack of proof, however detectives Stabler and Moran saw the lie about him, and set a trap, that Ocurro fell into the trap and was arrested and confessed his crimes and answered further murders in the Dominican Republic, he was found guilty and sentenced to life imprisonment.
