Marcus Manning is a secondary antagonist of the Lucky Strikes episode that appeared in Criminal Minds.

Background[]
Marcus Manning was born on August 12 in Bridgewater in Florida as a child he had problems with cannibalism which made him leave to do some sessions with a therapist named Diane to help him. He was also consistently humiliated and bullied by colleagues because of his torso, and this made him go into depression. However after the arrest of serial killer Floyd Felling Ferrell who was a cannibal in the area that BAU had learned. Floyd soon managed to manipulate him to curry out the murders to force his false innocence.

After some time, Manning soon began to copy Ferrel's modus operandis, killing prostitute Rebecca Strong in the same way that Ferell did with Abby Kelton. BAU then realized the similarities and soon began to investigate. BAU also interrogate Ferrel to see if he discovers anything but to no avail. Until when Ferrel is soon confronted by Abby Kelton's mother one of Ferrel's many victims. Simmons then realizes Manning's gaze and realizes that he is involved in this in some way and decides to investigative it. However they soon realize that Manning's next victim is Abby's mother than Lee-Ann Kelton. When BAU gets there Rossi and Alvez try to get Manning to surrender but he soon sacrifices himself leaving his false confession to innocence Ferrel and kills himself after that. However, after JJ and Penelope Garcia compare Ferrel and Manning's signature, they soon discover that Manning was wrong in one part of the signature. And instead of Ferrel receiving his freedom, he is arrested by agent David Rossi.
