~ Mangle, Ultimate Custom Night |
Mangle, or Toy Foxy was the redesigned version of Foxy, and a supporting antagonist in Five Nights At Freddy's 2.
History[]
Five Nights at Freddy's 2[]
Toy Foxy and the other Toys were created in 1987 by Fazbear Entertainment as a replacement for the original animatronics. They were fitted with facial recognition software, allowing them to detect any potential threats. Toy Foxy, however, was torn apart by the children so many times, the staff eventually gave up trying to repair her, leaving her as a take apart and put back together attraction. This also led to the stuff dubbing her "The Mangle".
Mangle was presumably among the animatronics who attacked William Afton when he infiltrated the Pizzeria as a security guard. Mangle could be seen in the minigame SAVETHEM. Mangle was among the animatronics whose facial recognition was altered by William, to perceive all adults as potential threats.
During Jeremy Fitzgerald's shift, Mangle started off in Kid's Cove, before travelling mostly via ceiling, travelling through the Prize Corner, Game Area, Party Room 1 and 2, the hallway outside The Office, and finally crawling through the Right Air Vent towards the Office. She is very active, as she can leave Kid's Cove as early as 12 AM on Night 2 and arrive at the hallway within the hour. Once Mangle is spotted in the Right Air Vent's blind spot, Jeremy had to put on the Freddy Head to ward her off. If the player brings up and then lowers the Monitor before putting the head on, Mangle will appear on the ceiling in the night guard's office. Unlike other animatronics, Mangle cannot be repelled by the Freddy Head in this position.
After Fritz Smith's shift, Mangle was among the Toy animatronics that are scrapped and replaced by repaired versions of the originals.
