Lydia Forman

Lydia Forman (Kerry O'Malley) is the main villainess from "Another Look," episode 10.04 of Blue Bloods (airdate October 18, 2019). She is the wife of Mark Forman and the mother of his two children.

Lydia was visited by detectives Danny Reagan and Maria Baez regarding Mark, as he was suspected of sexually assaulting a young woman named Natalie. She expressed shock over the charges and appeared to be concerned for her husband as he was being taken away by the pair. Mark stated that he met Natalie at a bar and talked with her, adding that it was nice for a woman to speak to him so kindly due to Lydia usually speaking to him with venom in her voice.

Mark also informed the detectives that he had no memory of what occurred, but the episode saw him identified by Natalie as her attacker. However, Mike Gee, a detective who came out of retirement, showed Natalie's social media to Danny, with the posts indicating that Mark wasn't her type. After learning that Natalie worked as a fitness instructor, Danny and Maria went to Natalie's workplace looking to talk to her, with the former surprised to see Lydia at the same gym. Lydia's appearance ended up leading to the truth: Natalie had set up Mark, doing so under Lydia's orders.

Danny and Maria visited Lydia at her home, with Lydia expressing shock over Mark's actions and arrest, adding it could bring shame to her and her children. However, Lydia was told by the pair that Mark's public shame was what she counted on, as Lydia was in the process of divorcing Mark. In order to make sure she received full custody of her children, Lydia turned heel by enlisting Natalie (her instructor) in a plan to have Mark arrested, with the villainess paying her co-conspirator $10,000 to seduce and drug Mark, as well as file false rape charges against him. Natalie (by her own admission after her role was revealed) was originally supposed to recant and confuse things, but following Mark's interrogation, the evil Lydia paid Natalie an additional $30,000 to identify Mark in a lineup.

The callous villainess denied the claims and attempted to eject Danny and Maria from her home, while also condemning Natalie after seeing video of her confession. Danny later revealed that Natalie turned over her cellphone, which showed a large collection of texts between her and Lydia regarding their scheme. After expressing her shock over being caught, Lydia was arrested.
