Lucas Biggs is a pedophile who was convicted of pedophilia, abduction and murder of Jeffrey Ronsey in 1980, who was a former minor baseball player, he also molested Little League team boys who went where he trained. A week after Biggs's execution, Olivia questioned Ronsen death. Biggs denied having killed and molested Ronsen, and he proved this by showing the collection of the bones of all his victims by their scent. So Olivia soon discovers that whoever molested Ronsen and murdered him was Deacon Brinn. He later admits to being raped and cries, and realizing the serious damage that the children did. Days later, he was executed.
