Lionel Starkweather or known as The Director is the main antagonist of Manhunt a game of the Rockstar.

Biography[]
Lionel Starkweather was a blockbuster movie directorm but he saw his succees fall after his films began to fail and his career ended. He then moved to Carcer City where he went crazy and started filming pornography and stuff movies, and sold certain Japanase busimessmen. And with his new career he made him very rich. He then started a company called Valiant Video Enterprises and began hiring people to help him. He even found the people who here responsable for their failure and put them in his snuff movies where ages were killed. Starkweather began paying for the CCPD and allowing him to control the city and all gangs participarting in his snuff films and took over the streets. And with all that power Starkweather's disposition remained isolated in his mansion and watching everything through security cameras and paying people to do his dirty work.
Manhunt[]
At some point a Journalist found out about Lionel's snuff film and began gathering evidence to incriminating him. While Starkweather discovered James Cash who was about to be executed on death row, and managed to bride one of the police and one of the prison staff to death row in order to put him in his movie starring him. After being saved by Lionel he soon discovers that he is in a snuff film and he receives a headset from Lionel where he instructs to kill many gang members while Lionel watches and films through the security camera. It also has many parts of the city locked by electric fence that can be opened when Cash completes a task. He gets Cerberus's group to bring Cash to the scene and while Ramirez organizes the hunters.
Ramirez's men kidnap Cash's family, and Cash has to save them, when Cash does, Lionel kills them anyway and shows the footage to Cash of his dead family. And near the end, Cash is ready to die, but he retaliates and runs away, Startkweather informs Ramirez to stop him, but he is killed by Cash. He then sends Gary Schaffer who sends the police behind Cash and the Journalist. Cash then later invades Lionel's property and kills all Cerberus, he enters Lionel's office which Lionel attempts to defend himself with a revolver but fails and is killed.
Personality[]
Lionel was a sociopath if not a psychopath who had no empathy for others around him, he was also a sexual sadist as he was excited about the deaths in his snuff films. He is also highly malevolent, cruel, sadistic, misanthropic, rude, inhuman, hedonistic, perverted, depraved, immature, disgusting, disagreeable. He, despite his total for human life, Lionel also despised the Skinz for their racism and ordered Cash to kill them brutally. However when Lionel is put to violence he is shown to be a coward at this point and be killed by Cash.

- Lionel's surname is perhaps a reference to a Charles Starkweather a real life spree killer who killed 11 people and was executed for his crimes by electric chair.
