Lindsey Butterfield is antagonist from british soap Hollyoaks. Lindsey served as a hidden antagonist from June 2013 to October 2015 and major antagonist from October 2015 to May 2016.
At first Lindsey seemed like your every day nurse and soap character having a relationship with Joe Roscoe, Lindsey was even a victim after being attacked by both Paul Browning and Trevor Royle, the point being Lindsey showed bo real signs of a dark side in her first two years despite being in a murder cover up of Paul Browning and cheating on Joe with his younger brother Freddie Roscoe and serving as one of the suspects in the Who Killed Fraser Black storyline in 2014.
After a string of murders between January and October 2015, Lindsey was revealed to be the culprit which the show dubs as The Glove Hand Killer or GHK for short, giving she wore the classic blue hospital gloves when carrying out her murders. Lindsey was eventually caught out and briefly teamed up with fellow serial killer Silas Blissett whom was impressed with Lindsey's killings however Silas would turn in Lindsey and kill her after he discovered that Lindsey cheated on her boyfriend Joe with Freddie meaning Lindsey went against everything Silas stood for.
Lindsey was played by Sophie Austin.
