Lies is an akumatized villain in Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir and the third akumatized form of Kagami Tsurugi. She is voiced by Faye Mata.
Appearance[]
As Lies, she was a ghost-like humanoid completely transparent and light cyanish gray with a lighter gray outline from head to toe. She was holding Marinette Dupain-Cheng's lucky charm on her wrist, her hair was more flattened than her civilian form with curly bangs on her face's sides. She also seemed to wear a jumpsuit with a circular collar around her neck, an almost invisible mask, hidden wedged knee-high boots on her feet, and fingerless gloves on both her hands.
Personality[]
As Lies, after Adrien continuously lied to her to go somewhere else, especially when she had lied to spend time with him, she decided to rid the world of lies, even if that meant paralyzing everyone else, including the ones she cared about, like her mother. It may have seemed that she had a black and white view about lies and the truth believing lies to be bad and the truth to be good but most know that it's not that simple.
Powers and abilities[]
Lies could create a massive white aural sphere around herself that paralyzed anyone who got caught up in it, provided they have told a lie at some point in their life. The aura sphere followed her wherever she went and victims remained paralyzed or frozen even after they were no longer in the sphere. However, her weakness is that she could not freeze those who can't lie in their life such as animals, like Jagged Stone's crocodile, since they aren't able to lie, as well as drones since machines can't lie.
