Justin Ballantine, or also better known as Libra, is an antagonist of the Justice League of America.
History[]
Origins[]
When Justin was a child, he witnessed the death of his mother who simply died near the pharmacy. Meanwhile, his father who was extremely abusive towards his son, one day Justin escaped looking at the stars. Justin later saved money and bought a telescope, meanwhile his stupid father reached the roof, but he fell and died. Then before the police arrived, Justin looked at his father's dead body, and soon thought that life was just a matter of balance. After that, Justin started attenting classes and soon started to idolize the Starman who was Ted Knight, and based on that he soon created a ''cosmic balance'' that gave him powers to ''Energy Transmortifier''.
The Injustice Gang[]
Secretly Ballantine soon became a villain under the identity of Libra, and founded the group of supervillains named ''Injustice Gang''. And after a series of Transmortifier limits that he tested had none. He then went to Plan B and sent the villains to attack JLA and then when he defeated them, Libra then absorded them both the powers of Flash, Superman and Batman their abilities.
Final Crisis[]
Libra later returned and reunited his old Secret Society of Super Villains, to defeat the heroes, and his loyalty to Apokoliptian, since he was working for Darkseid, and [[Glorious Godfrey|Glorious

Godfrey]] who was controlling the Injustice Gang all along. While Desaad returned with his physique to normal after a disastrous battle in the galaxy. He soon went strainght and worked at Anti-Life Equation, after that it was shown when he showed his equation-emitting helmet to Human Flame and then turned into a Justifier. However, Lex Luthor betrays him and shoots his helmet and kills him. The reason is that Lex and Dr. Sivana were disgusted because Libra wanted Lex to participate a supergirl rape train. Not to mention during the Final Crisis Event. Libra, and The Secret Soceity Of Supervillains drugged, and killed Martian Manhunter.Libra delivered the final killing blow. Martian manhunter died in the worse way possible. Martian Manhunter was screaming in pure agony.
Final Crisis: Rogue' Revenge[]
At some point, it is shown that Libra tried to recruit the Rogues to the Secret Society of Villains, but somehow, they rejected their alliance, which surprised him. With that, Libra soon began to threaten their families and said that Barry Allen came back from the dead, but all of that failed when they left, which ended with Libra saying that evil would win.
Final Crisis: Revelations[]
Libra is later tried by the third Specter who was Crispus Allen for the murder of Martian Manhunter. However, with the help of the villains, they drove him away.
