Leith Pierre is a major antagonist in the Poppy Playtime franchise.
He is a neglectful executive and the Head of Innovation at Playtime CO. who assisted Harley Sawyer in the Bigger Bodies Initiative, creating experiments out of children for the sake of making more money. Following the death of Elliot Ludwig, he seems to have taken over the company's initiative.
He is voiced by Robin Nelson, who was uncredited for voicing Snakehead in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Leith's early life is unknown but at some point he started working at Playtime Co. and steadily climbed the corporate ladder, eventually landing the prestigious role of Head of Innovation. In this capacity, he featured prominently in various advertisements for Playtime Co. merchandise.
Poppy Playtime[]
During a time when the company was failing, Dr. Harley Sawyer pitched the idea for the Bigger Bodies Initiative by turning people into Toys. Leith was fully on board with the projects and covered up his experiments, ready to kill anyone who got to close to the truth. He would frequently use the Head of Security to monitor Playtime Co. and its employees using Huggy Wuggy security cameras and other mechanisms.
On March 21st, 1991, he conducted an interview with Marcas Brickley regarding an unusual event involving a creature described as "50 feet long with a thousand legs." Leith attempted to downplay Marcas's account, subtly suggesting it might have been a group of people walking together. However, Marcas remained adamant that what he saw was non-human. When Marcas insisted he hadn't shared his encounter with anyone else, Leith threatened to review security footage, a proposition Marcas vehemently opposed, arguing that it wouldn't erase the "monster" from his memory. Losing his patience, Leith scolded him, asserting that Playtime Co. doesn't deal in monsters and ultimately dismissed him.
On March 30, 1991, he was approached by Rowan Stoll about possibility that the Huggy Wuggy statue secretly has a camera in it and complained it was creepy how he stared at children, thinking he was on to something.
On May 28, 1991, he approached Rowan Stoll to make sure he would not post any more videos, with Rowan being terrified of him and a bad liar.
He likely had some involvement as workers would would tamper with Rowan's car and try to have a car crash into him, then later have him eaten by Boxy Boo on June 15, 1991.
In a classified report labeled "RESTRICTED disappearance," dated June 6th, 1992, Leith documented the escape of Experiment 1170 through a vent system, expressing bewilderment at how it occurred undetected. He attributed the eventual recapture of 1170 to the fortunate intervention of two staff members, though he noted that it came at the cost of several lives. He concluded the report by stating the dissatisfaction of the Innovation Department, along with his own frustration.
After Sawyer's disappearance, he would oversee the imprisonment of Theodore Grambell/CatNap. Visiting him on his four year anniversary of becoming a bigger body, he scolded him about how he wasn't getting along with the other Smiling Critters. When CatNap made a comment about how the Prototype will save them, Leith was angered and reprimanded the feline on how nobody was going to save him and he was stuck in his cell forever, whether he likes it or not. While not shown, he survived the Hour of Joy as he is shown to be alive by the time of Project Playtime. After the incident, Playtime Co. has been left with no other options but to permanently close it's own doors, thus ending the legacy of Elliot Ludwig and his hopes and dreams were shattered forever
Project: Playtime[]
He acts as the overarching protagonist of the spin-off Project Playtime, where he would use Resource Extraction Specialist(s) to carry on the Bigger Bodies Initiative, alongside his assistant, Sharon. In the tutorial, he guides the Resource Extraction Specialist employees Johnny and Maggie to continue the Bigger Bodies experiments. He has them complete puzzles while trying to avoid a Huggy Wuggy doll. Once they are finished, he asks them to rescue Johnny and Maggie before leaving on the Elliot Express. Both Maggie and Johnny would end up nearly dying because of this.
Personality[]
Leith Pierre is shown to be a man who is very prideful in his work. He is also shown to be secretive, likely being aware of the misdoings of his company or even supporting it, boastfully claiming that Playtime Co. prides on security and that the cameras informing the authorities is "one of the most tame aspects" of said security. He seems more concerned about the company's success than the safety of the workers. This is shown when an employee named Marcas Brickley informed Leith that he saw something that was "fifty feet long with a thousand legs.”, but Leith merely wanted to skim the cameras and told Marcas to stop overestimating the threat of this monster. He is arrogant about his position and is not above mocking or threatening to fire his employees. He is also jumpy, which causes him to be repeatedly scared by workers of the factory.

- While mentioned numerous times, Lieth is never seen in person.
- Leith Pierre unsuccessfully warns the player not to look at the Playtime Co. Security Feed.
- Leith Pierre is one of the five highest ranked employees, all of whom knew about the experiments going on at Playtime Co., the others being Elliot Ludwig, Stella Greyber, Eddie M.N. Ritterman, and the head of Production, theorized to be The Protagonist.
- Huggy Wuggy's hand can be seen during the recording of Leith Pierre.
- As Leith Pierre is mentioned in nearly every tape regarding Playtime Co., and also signs an important document in ESTRICTED disappearance video, it can be presumed that his role as Head of Innovation is equivalent to the title of COO, or Chief Operating Officer. It could also be assumed that Leith is the true CEO of Playtime Co., as Ludwig was gone from the company by 1991.
